Terms of Service

We sell premium leather handbags and related accessories. We describe and picture products as accurately as possible, though slight colour variations may occur due to your screen.

All prices are shown in the currency of your store and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed securely by our checkout partner (Hotmart). Your order is confirmed once payment is approved.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support@walleu.com and we will provide instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we refund the amount paid to your original payment method within 14 days.

Approved refunds are processed through the same checkout partner used for the purchase.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
